RETURN & REFUND ISSUES

 

2.1) Not satisfied with your order?

Login to your account to open a ticket via Customer Service Tab, and we will try our best to assist you. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to reply on the matter.

All refund transactions must authorized by our Customer Service Management, and it will be refunded through your PayPal account.

 

2.2) Exchanging your order

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange on orders.

 

2.3) Return Policy

Customised items are strictly non-refundable.

Returns are based on a case-by-case basis  at our discretion. Local and international customers, please note that you have to bear the shipping and handling fees if you choose to return any items to us.

Remember to mark your package as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when sending your package. The package en-route to us remains your responsibility, please request for proof of postage. If your package goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof that you’ve sent it.

When returning your order, please enclose your return note in the package with your

a) Transaction number

b) A description of the items you are returning for a refund

Depending on the postal service you use, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered to us in Singapore.

 

2.4) When we receive your returned package

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned package. If you've returned more than one order in the same parcel, upon our receipt, please allow up to 48-72 hours for all refunds to take place.

It may take up to 21 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

All accepted returns must be unopened in its original packaging and securely packed in its original packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in a unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right not to accept your returns and send the product back to you.

 

2.5) Returning for downloadable or customised products

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds, credits or exchanges for our downloadable or customised products.

 

2.6) Refund Policies

Upon our receipt of all your returned items, we will issue your refund within 48-72 hours

according to the preferred refund method indicated on your return note. Unless indicated, we will normally process refunds via PayPal.

Kindly note it may take up to 21 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

We can either issue a  refund based on your original payment mode excluding PayPal handling fees or credit the amount back to your PartyDiva account with a coupon code to offset your next purchase with us.

 

2.7) Incorrect Refund

Please contact our Customer Care Team and we will sort this out ASAP!

Do note that the following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

a) The delivery charge, which is only refunded for cancelled orders or if the goods are faulty.

b) Discounts that were applied to the price at the time of sale may not be applicable for refunds.

c) You will have to bear the PayPal handling fee.

 

2.8) Refunding to a card no longer in use

Your refund will still go back to the account of the card details you provided as long as the card account is still active.

Even if the card is cancelled, lost or stolen, we will still refund the amount to that same card.

We cannot process your refund to a different card number.

If you have not received your refund after 21 working days, please get in touch with us.

2.9) Refund if the price has changed since my order

Being an online business, our prices change in response to trends, festive seasons and customer demand. Therefore we do not refund the difference for the price you paid if we hold a discount after you paid for the items.
