Do I need a Business Registration number to sell on PartyDiva?

Yes you will need a ‘live’ business registration number to be qualified as our vendor. Prevailing government taxes, VAT will be added into the total price quoted to your customers at the checkout page.

What do I get when I sign up with PartyDiva?

You will get a digital space package to open an e-shop for business at ZERO cost. In this digital package, you will receive 5 free listings and prompt online marketing support from our dedicated team.

Do vendors need a website to sell on PartyDiva?

No. You just need to have a very active social media presence so that customers are aware of your presence. PartyDiva provides a streamlined approach to showcase your products and services. With our platform, you can create more efficient and enjoyable online shopping experiences to your target customers through our online media channels.

How do fees work on PartyDiva

How do fees work on PartyDiva

Listing on PartyDiva is free. There is no expiration for your listing and once a sale is made. However we do charge USD $0.20 on duplicated and irrevelant listings. Irrelevant listings may be removed without notice. Listing fees for duplicated are billed for USD$0.20 per listing so if your bank’s currency is not USD, the amount may differ based on the prevailing bank exchange rates at the time of the transaction.

What percentage does PartyDiva take?

We use Paypal's payment gateway to receive payment. Paypal accept a wide variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Once an item sells, there is a 15% + PayPal gateway transaction fee on the sale price which excludes the delivery and service charges. Currently we are offering the 1st 100 vendors from each continent a lifetime perpetual transaction fee of 12%.

How do vendors receive their money?

Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your Partydiva wallet in your currency, no matter how or from where the buyer pays. We only receive our take rate when you withdraw from your wallet to your PayPal or bank account.

How do I manage their orders and listings

Our platform includes an automated feature that will help you to manage and coordinate product deliveries by sending delivery updates to your customers. You will also be able to edit, manage and post your product or service listings systematically.

Is it difficult for a vendor to quote and close a sale?

Not at all, because we build our platform with YOU, our vendors, in mind. Our team has developed a direct messaging service that streamlines all customers’ enquiries. This means you can send quotations immediately to close the sale fast. Our proprietary calendar management feature can help you create and track your orders. Our system can schedule your bookings by syncing your online business with your brick-and-mortar storeby blocking out unavailable dates.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop on PartyDiva! Create a PartyDiva – Vendor account (if you don’t already have one). To setup your account: choose a shop name, enter all your social media handles and names on our site. Specify yourshop address , create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid) and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your PartyDiva fees).

What can I sell on PartyDiva?

PartyDiva provides an e-commerce and marketplace for gifting, celebrations and events planning, so your products and services will have to meet the needs of creating these party experiences. We DO NOT allow listings that: – Are an infringement of intellectual and will request its removal immediately – Showcase items and services that support racism – Contains mature and vulgar content, which are not blurred and properly presented – Damages the integrity of Partydiva’s brand and image

Do a vendor need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you will need to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you publish your 6th listing onwards.

We will simply suspend the vendor’s account, bid adieu with well wishes “It’s been a pleasure having your onboard.”

Are vendors able to take a vacation?

Yes! Vendors are able to put their shop on vacation mode under the store and vacations tab.

Can vendors make money on PartyDiva?
