If I want to enquire on the product before making a purchase, how do I contact the vendor?
To enquire, you must have a PartyDiva account. Visit the product page and scroll down for the ‘enquire’ box.
Simply key in your name and your question for the vendor. Upon the vendor’s reply, proceed to your profile and
you can view it under ‘Conversations & Quotes’
How do I check for the availability of a product?
You must first have a PartyDiva account. Visit the product page and scroll down to the ‘Add to Cart’ function. The
‘Check Availability’ button is just beside it. Should the button not be there, it means that the vendor did not
activate that function.
How do I add a product to my wishlist?
You must first have a PartyDiva account. Add a product to your wishlist either by:
1. Clicking the heart icon when browsing products
2. Visit the product page and scroll down. Click on the heart icon that is beside the ‘Add to Cart’ function
What happens once I checkout for a product?
You can track your order through your profile, under ‘Manage Bookings & Orders’. You can also view your transaction
under ‘Transaction History & Reviews’.
I am pleased with the service of my vendor. How do I give him a review?
View your transaction under ‘Transaction History & Reviews’, and you can drop the vendor a review there.
How do I know if my vendor is legitimate?
Before onboarding, PartyDiva carefully curated all its vendors. This brings about a system of trust and sustainability.
So rest assured that your products will arrive on time and intact.
