TERMS & CONDITIONS * Please note Events Partner reserved the rights to amend the above mentioned policies without prior notice. *For full details of our Terms & Conditions, kindly visit the Services & Policies tab via www.eventspartner.com.sg *Events Partner’s Furnishings For Hire Are Replica Products Not Manufacture Or Approved By, Or Affliated With, The Original Designers, Manufacturers Or Distributors Including Herman Miller, Charles Or Ray Eames, Knoll, Fritz Hansen, Verner Panton, B&b Italia, Tolix, Kartell Or Xavier Pauchard. CANCELLATION In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a minimum of 48 hours of lead time must be provided in advance or The Hirer is to bear a 30% penalty charge for the overall charges. Does not apply for conferences/large-scale events or long-term contracts For furnishings that have been delivered on site or bespoke items, there is no cancellation and Hirer is to borne the full amount payable For conferences/large-scale events or long term contracts, there is no cancellation and The Hirer is to borne the full amount payable. HANDLING The Hirer is solely responsible for the furniture used for its intended purpose throughout the usage period. Lost/damaged furniture may be subjected to lost recovery of 300% of the rented value, email us for clarification. For floral orders that have been delivered on site , there is no cancellation and The Hirer is to borne the full amount payable. HANDLING For all floral orders, the following are considered as purchase items. As floral items are considered as purchase items, any possible defects of the centerpiece upon delivery shall be checked & resolved by Events Partner and The Hirer. No refund shall be entertained for floral orders, as once purchased and delivered, considered sold.

Hire & Handling 

The Hirer is solely responsible for the furniture used for its intended purpose throughout the usage period. Any possible defects of the furniture shall be checked & acknowledge by Events Partner and The Hirer before commencement of the hire. The Hirer is require to review and handle furniture hired from Events Partner with proper care in accordance with any safety or operations instructions provided by us. The Hirer may only affix/attached items to the furniture hired with prior approval from Events Partner that does not damage the integrity of the furniture.

Any delay/cost arising from damages and loss of furniture hired caused by The Hirerʼs negligence shall be borne by The Hirer. All furniture should also be returned in clean and working condition after usage.

Lost/damaged furniture may be subjected to lost recovery of 300% of the rented value.

Any changes of the delivery timing should be made at least 24 hrs before the event date, any last minute changes shall be subjected to logistics availability and may not be entertained to ensure fairness to other parties.

Shipping Policy

*Item priced is not inclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will only be calculated upon checking out. For conferences/large-scale events, delivery charges shall not be applicable as shown above & shall differ due to scale of furnishing that may be required. Additional charges maybe applicable subjected to restrictions imposed by the venues. For tradeshows/fairs & exhibitions, for multiple booth requirements, additional charges for manpower & transportation shall be applicable. Self collect & return can be arranged, do let us know your requirements. Any changes of the delivery timing should be made at least 24 hrs before the event date, any last minute changes shall be subjected to logistics availability and may not be entertained to ensure fairness to other parties.

Refund Policy

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, please see the followng cancellation policies;

Small Orders – SGD$5,000.00 & 2 x 14Ft trucks or less;

3 days before date of delivery – 30% cancellation charges of total bill

Date of delivery / sent onsite – 100% cancellation charges of total bill

From date of order confirmation – 30% cancellation charges of total bill

2 weeks before date of delivery – 50% cancellation charges of total bill

1 week before date of delivery – 70% cancellation charges of total bill

5 days or less before date of delivery / sent onsite – 100% cancellation charges of total bill

Please note for fabricated/bespoke items, there will be no cancellation and Hirer is to borne the full amount payable.

Liability 

In any circumstances beyond reasonable control, Events Partner Pte. Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury/death/loss or damages whatsoever resulted from the improper usage of the furniture.

Events Partner Pte. Ltd will not be liable for any indirect losses which happen as a result of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by The Hirer and us, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue; business; profits or contracts; anticipated savings or data, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Nothing in Terms & Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude & limit the liability for death / personal injury caused by any act / negligence of Events Partner Pte. Ltd.
