1. Product Policy 
1.1 Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the rights to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color. 
1.2 If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days
1.3 We will send our product in excellent conditions however, we are unable to replace if the balloon pop after handing over 
1.4 Packages are priced at best rates; we are unable to switch or replace items

2. Order / Payment
2.1 In order to fulfill your order we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. By submitting your order and payment details, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions appearing anywhere on the site 
2.2 An order is only confirmed after full payment has been made 

3. Delivery 
3.1 Delivery charges will be applicable within the specified area. If you request delivery to remote areas, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon your enquiry 
3.2 Should a timed delivery be requested, we will try to comply with request but cannot be bound in any way to honor such a request. All timing requested are based on our availability 
3.3 For the same day delivery, you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon your enquiry. Order confirmation is based on our availability 
3.4 Where incorrect personal and delivery details have been supplied problems or delays in delivery may result, therefore please ensure that you have included the full address details, of the intended recipient and your daytime telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems occur 
3.5 Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on the requested date you acknowledge that in very rare circumstances, delivery of the requested terms will not be possible. In this event, you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall refund your payment in full 
3.6 In an event that we are unable to fulfill the order at the requested timing due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you prior to delivery 
3.7 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient, we reserve the rights to contact the recipient using the contact details you provided in the Order For. Should the recipient not be home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave the item at the door. If there is a need to schedule a new delivery, do note that the order will be charged again as a new order 

 

4. Cancellation 
4.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date 

5. Refund 
5.1 To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 24 hours upon delivery of your products and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. While filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is recipient's responsibility to care for the balloons once it is delivered in good conditions 
5.2 We are not responsible for external factors causing the balloons to pop, such as weather, wind, sharp surfaces, rough play, dust particles, ceiling paint drips, fan and plants 
5.3 You are to check that the product received is in excellent conditions and let us know if there's any defects when we hand over. Once handed over, it is not our responsibility to ensure that you care for it in the right manner
