Fail Delivery
Delivery will be deemed as a FAILED DELIVERY under these conditions:
- Recipient is not present in the given location
- No Valid means to contact both Recipient & Buyer.
- Incorrect Address given.
- Restrictions from Building’s Management / Security.
In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you for instructions. Under Circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.
Every delivery have a grace period of 10 Minutes, our courier allow up to 10 Minutes to reach the “receiver” or wait for “receiver”.
Should there be a situation that where waiting time passed the “grace period”, courier will have to fail the delivery. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.

As fresh flowers flourish under cool conditions, it is advisable to store the flowers in a cool environment. You may also water the flowers gradually and directly into the box (just a little each day!).
