- 24″ Personalised Bubble Balloon (Helium Filled)
Your Bubble Balloon comes with 8 Pieces to 10 Pieces of Mini Balloons.
(Floating time: Approx. 2 days to 5 days) - Balloon Cluster (10 Pieces of 12″ Latex Balloon)
If you want the balloons to be released into the ceiling, please kindly let us know in the special request.
(Floating time: Approx. 15 hours to 24 hours)
All balloons will be helium-filled and weighted with water weights

Fail Delivery
Delivery will be deemed as a FAILED DELIVERY under these conditions:
- Recipient is not present in the given location
- No Valid means to contact both Recipient & Buyer.
- Incorrect Address given.
- Restrictions from Building’s Management / Security.
In any situation receiver is uncontactable, we will always call you for instructions. Under Circumstances both “Buyer” and “Receiver” is uncontactable, and we can’t leave it with anyone. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.
Every delivery have a grace period of 10 Minutes, our courier allow up to 10 Minutes to reach the “receiver” or wait for “receiver”.
Should there be a situation that where waiting time passed the “grace period”, courier will have to fail the delivery. A Re-Delivery / Self Collection will be scheduled.

*Should there be a need for a Re-Delivery, a charge of $20 will be imposed.

We strongly recommend to only collect or get the Personalised balloon delivered on the Actual Day of your event. Personalised Balloons are designed to stay crystal clear and it will last up to 2-5 days under proper care and surroundings. Keep away from sharp objects & surfaces and avoid hitting the balloon with blunt force. All Helium balloons will be delivered in a bag to protect the balloons from any sharp objects and for ease of transportation. If you require us to remove the bags upon delivery, please kindly include in the special request.
Balloon & Design:
For Personalised Balloon
The Artwork on the balloon will be designed by our design team based on the wording and theme provided above. Digital Mock ups will only be provided if your order is made at least 3 business days before actual delivery date(. E.g For Monday’s Delivery, orders must be placed by last Wednesday to be eligible for a Digital Mockup.) All mock ups are subjected to a Maximum of 2 changes.Once design has been acknowledged, No further changes will be applicable for your design .
For Foil Balloon:
For text customisation on the foil balloon , there will be no mock ups provided . The font type will be designed by the design team.
