Warning: Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard.
Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all times, it can be a health hazard.
Should any balloon(s) not be available, we will substitute with balloon(s) / flowers of similar colour and equal value
Shipping Policy
For Helium Balloons Delivery.
There will be $25 - $35 delivery charge for all locations. If you spend $400 and above there will be free delivery.
The reason why balloon delivery fee are priced high because the fee will be paid to the driver and the person accompanied the balloons. To make sure that the balloons going over are in top condition. And for many reasons, balloon delivery are normally deliver as close timing to the time of party.

For Flower / Hot Air Balloon Delivery
There will be delivery fee of $15 island-wide. Free Delivery* are entitled to order above $58 including Hot Air Balloon (CANNOT combine with helium balloons)
*Term and Condition*
Not able to combine with any helium balloon, inflated foil balloon, customised bottles or any add-ons. All these are not applicable for free delivery.
If we find any of these items in your order, we will ask for additional $15 delivery charge. We will proceed with refunding of your order if there's any argument arose.
This delivery charge is for our deliveryman to deliver to you safely. We are sure you don't want to risk your balloons to deliver deflated right? Please do understand, this is an on demand delivery service and it's island wide. (Excluding TUAS)
$15 for flower delivery is a reasonable rate for flower service.

Strictly no selecting of specific time delivery , eg 12pm SHARP or send early in the morning. As we give our deliveryman all the delivery items and let him sort out the delivery route by himself. He will go to the location within the time slot. We are not able to accomodate all that request especially in the morning/peak period.
Do not state as early as possible in the time slot and expect that we can send it at 8am. Please message us for any time slot delivery/specific time delivery, there will be additional delivery charges incur.
For all orders, please only have one point of contact (The Buyer) at any point of time, this is to avoid any miscommunication or misunderstanding.
The point of contact for delivery can be different but we won't directly liaise with the person unless it is the buyer themselves.
Overall Product Policy:
This is a personalised/customised balloon. The illustration you see on the display picture is for illustration only. If you want the same as picture/ any other picture you will need to state in the request. If there is no request stated , our designer team will just proceed with just wordings and some simple graphic. As different people have different taste, we won't do it the same as display picture. Please request for one if you need a picture on the balloon.. Thank you
There are no templates for you choose from, as we do all design custom to each and every single one. You can even add cartoon character(S) to it.
