Store Policy
All items are couriered in well packaged boxes and in case of unforeseen circumstances, an one-to-one exchange may be made.
Items returned in their original packaging must be complete. Items that have been laundered or altered in anyway will not be accepted for the exchange.
All requests must be made known within 3 days of receipt.
Any exchange may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of Pétale.

Refund is not applicable. In case of defected goods, replacement is to be made available, at the cost of the supplier.
