Store Policy
Orders will only be confirmed upon receiving acknowledgement by Fax or Email not later than 3 working daysbefore function date. Amendment to confirmed order shall be made not later than 3 working days before the function date. Actual delivery time will vary from 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time. Collection on the following day will be chargeable at $50 per trip. Collection after 10.30 pm additional charge apply. Breakages and damages to any equipment’s shall be charged to customers accordingly.

0% of the revenue if written notice is received not later than 3 working days before function date. 50% of the revenue if cancellation of event takes place 1 working day before function date. 100% of the revenue if cancellation of event takes place on the function date.
