Shipping Policy
- A $25 (and above) is applicable per order
- Actual delivery time will vary from 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time
Store Policy
- All prices are subjected to prevailing government taxes of 7% GST.
- 3 days advance booking is required for all orders.
- The caterer hereby reserves the right to make small adjustments to the menu if vertain ingredients are not available due to reasons that are beyond the caterer's control.
- Any changes must be notified to Luxe Catering Pte Ltd at least 3 working days before function date.
Refund Policy
- Any cancellation must be in writing, notified and accepted by Luxe Catering Pte Ltd..
- At least 3 working days before function date, failing which, 50% charge will be levied.
- Less than 48 hours before function date, 100% charge will be levied.
