TeamAir Balloon Sdn Bhd wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
All returns must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Call us at +60 016 330 5166 or email us at Sales@teamairballoon.com to request a RA#. Please note, returns without a RA# will not be honored.
TeamAir Balloon Sdn Bhd will gladly accept the return of new, unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise within 7 calendar days of the package delivery date. Shipments must be postmarked by the 7th day from the package delivery date to be eligible for a return. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on the following items: Unused Helium or other gases, Custom Orders, Seasonable, Closeouts and Edible items.
If you received incorrect product or did not receive the merchandise ordered, contact us within 2 days of receiving shipment. If we made a mistake we want to correct it immediately.
