CAKE CARE
- Keep them refrigerated.
- For buttercream cakes, thaw them for at least 30-45mins at room temperature before serving.
- For fresh cream cakes, it is best to serve chilled. Our cakes can last up to 5 days, in the fridge.

ABOUT CAKE DECORATIONS AND SERVING SIZE
- Kindly take note that there may be slight variations in design & colours as everything is hand-made from scratch, hence we are not able to guarantee an exact replication of a cake design.
- Slight changes may be made to your cake design (e.g. placement of toppers, arrangement of fresh flowers) as we see fit for practical and aesthetic purposes.
- All weights, recommended servings and sizes are approximations only.
- We do not allow any aesthetic changes to our Classic Bakes (E.g. Change of Colour/Design).
CAKE CARE
- Keep our cakes & cupcakes refrigerated upon receipt.
- For buttercream cakes, thaw them for at least 45mins at room temperature before serving.
- For fresh cream cakes, it is best to serve chilled.
- Our cakes can last up to 5 days, in the fridge.
BROWNIE CARE
- Store the brownies in the fridge if not consumed immediately.
- Ways to consume them
- Pop them in the microwave for about 1 Minute before consumption (recommended)
- Thaw them for about 10-15 Minutes in room temperature before consumption
Shipping Policy
- Our delivery timeslots are 10AM-1PM/1PM-4PM/4PM-7PM, any request for the cake to be delivered at certain timings apart from these three timeslots will incur an extra $15 charge.
- Do take note that we do not deliver to Jurong Island and other restricted areas.
- Do let us know of any requested changes to the delivery date, time & location 3 days before the date of the event, if not we will not be able to accommodate your changes.
- The recipient of the cake is wholly responsible for checking the condition of the cake received. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
- In the case whereby there is no one to collect the cake during delivery, the driver may leave the items at a safe location in front of the door. We will not be held responsible for the conditions of the items.

- Do take note that once an order is confirmed and paid for at Chapters Cakes, there will be no refund given.
- Customers will be provided a credit note with the amount paid with no expiry date.
