It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping charges will be borne by the buyer. We highly recommend returning by registered mail or courier. Workshops registered are strictly non-refundable. You may ask a friend to take your place for the registered date of the workshop, or reschedule an alternative date. Kindly contact us with the name and contact details of the person taking your place or preferred rescheduled date and time, 48 hours prior to the workshop date. Do note that no rescheduling will be provided for participants who did not inform us prior to the workshop commencement.
