3.1) Your order hasn’t been delivered yet

The estimated delivery date is indicated in your order confirmation email. Please wait for  the given date for the arrival of your package.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you. However, we shall not be liable to you for any liabilities and costs arising from the delay.


Standard Delivery vs Registered Delivery

If you opted for Standard Delivery, the delivered package will not have a tracking number and cannot be traced. If you go to Manage Orders & Bookings on our website, you will see “Shipped” under your delivery status. This means the package has been shipped by us, but we are unable to trace it for you. The delivery time will depend on your local postal service.

If you opted for Registered Delivery, you can track your order using the Tracking Number issued by the delivery service. You can log into your account to view your shipping status under the Manage Orders & Bookings tab.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please open a ticket at the Customer Service Tab for further assistance.


3.2) Order arrives but you are not at home


Our delivery team usually tries to deliver more than once. Please arrange for someone to be at home to accept your package, as we may need a signature of receipt if we were unable to reach you.

If there is no one to receive the package, our delivery personnel may leave a card to notify you on where to collect your package. They may leave your package with your neighbour, at a safe place at your address, or indicate when they will re-deliver your package.


International Customers

If you are not home when your package arrives, our delivery team will leave a note. Use your tracking number provided by the logistic service provider to pick up your package or rearrange a new date for the delivery.


3.3) Redirecting your order to a different address

For security reasons, we are unable to change the delivery address of your order once it has been confirmed at the checkout.

Fret not, if our delivery team was unable to get your package to you the first time, they will leave a note to tell you how you can arrange for another delivery or where to pick up your package.
